On 9th August 1997, William put out the following pressrelease.  I reproduce the text COMPLETELY.  My comments appearat the end of the section.

 PRESS RELEASE
 9th August, 1997

Over these past months my name has been dragged throughthe mud. I have not yet addressed my accusers as I do not believe whatI have to say would be printed in its fullness and truth. However, as Ihave claimed -since 1984, all would be made available to the public througha Church Inquiry, of which I am entitled, according to Church Law, Thishas been denied me up to this date.

The purpose of this Press Release is to advise thepublic - and more so - the authorities, of the Great Mercy of God. In thepast weeks I - and many others - have watched with horror the great tragedyof Thredbo, I felt compassion for the victims and their loved ones, andasked God for Mercy Well God, in His Mercy, repeatedly showed me that therewere two persons still buried alive:

· One is named Bill, who is a married man; hiswife, Rebecca, is wondering where he is, but she lives away from Thredbo.He is alive in the upper part of the landslide, only slightly bruised withsmall cuts,

· There is another married man named Michael.He is a visitor to the region and is buried at the lower part of the landslide,and he is in good health.

· They are being kept alive by the Angels,and will be found.

I am appealing to the courageous Police Rescue Squadto continue to dig, for they will hear the voice of Michael, calling.

Secondly, I wish to advise the public that the littleboy, Jaydin, is alive and well. He was kidnapped. The man arrested is notguilty.

Lastly, Kerry Whelan is alive and well, and will befound. These visions have been shown to me and another Seer called 'LittleBoy Blue'.

Yes, I am a fool for Christ, and may Jesus be praisedonce all has been fulfilled according to all that has been revealed.

As for the revelation of 'Hale-Bopp': this remainstrue - it is only delayed.

Regarding the accusations levelled at me by the Pressas being a 'Cult' and 'Sect' Leader: you should study this carefully, forI am neither. I have been known all over the world and throughout the CatholicChurch for some fifteen years. To say I am a 'Cult' and 'Sect' leader putsme on a par with Hellsgate, Waco, Jones etc, These were Isolated cases- I am not in this category.

The Press may believe they are my 'Judge and Jury'!God and His Church are my judges. As for the calumny against me from thePress and the Church: this will be dealt with later in Court when the timeis right.

This release is also with my Lawyers, should anythingbe altered. But for now, let us pray for these souls that they may be rescued.

There will be no other statement at this stage!

My comments:

When I first saw this particular message, I was at a lossfor words.  The people of Thredbo suffered a great tragedy, as didthe others mentioned in this message.  Since no one else at Thredbohas been found alive as of this date, and as ALL bodies were recoveredand everyone accounted for, what does that say William?

You are right William ( and I know you must have read my pages),you are right.  You are something new.  But you are followingthe same pattern.
And as for the "I am not a sect or cult leader" William, get a dictionary.

As for Hale-Bopp, unless Hale-Bopp does a quick turnback, ( it's on it's way out), this one will prove to to be false also.
