The Virgin Mary on Smoking

LITTLE PEBBLE: Mother, souls have asked me what does Our Lady say about smoking?

OUR LADY: "I greet you, My precious 'White Corner Stone' of the New Heavenly Jerusalem on Earth. You are to how that smoking is a sin against the Sacredness of the Temple of the Holy Ghost - which is your body. However, this applies only when taken in excess - like all such matters. It is for this reason you must do all things in moderation, thus you have a safeguard at all times.

My child, explain to Our children, especially the younger ones, that they must be careful to protect their souls by being more watchful over their bodies, to keep it [them] pure, for God is housed there, especially [when you are] in the state of Grace.

Our sweet children must guard their senses whether it be drinking, smoking, eating, entertainments, watching T.V. or going to movies, or expressing their human pleasures, for if these are not guarded in moderation, then you could fall into the seven ('7) Capital Sins.

All abuses to the flesh will lead you to weaken your spirit; thus weaken your resistance to overcome your human weaknesses; thus you become prone to give in to the main sins, which in turn kills your desire to do good; thus it weakens your desire to pray and do God's Most Perfect Will and, if not remedied quickly, these weaknesses win become habits, then vices, which will draw you away from God.

Tell My children to be moderate in all worldly pleasure and worldly pursuits, and turn more to an interior life to prepare them all for the most difficult moments which will soon engulf all, and if Our children do not restrain themselves now in indulging themselves in so many things of the flesh, hey will not have the strength to persevere.
